May your steps be memorable
Mike Howes (Photographer), from a small village called Dunragit, South West Scotland. General 35mm & Digital user, This new venture is something I started after gathering images over the last few years, well, 35+ yrs clicking shutters to be honest.
“Hi Steeven, after reading your thoughts, emotions and understandings in life, it is clear that your personal determination, as well as experience, has and will see you succeed. Your work submitted is outstanding to say the least. Your take on life in connection to your photography and artistic outlay has shone through well. Your own expression from your soul will carry you along your chosen path. May your steps be memorable and enjoyable.”

“Hi, Steeven. After reading your biography and after seeing your portofolio you are a true artist who is personally determined and your work shows your experience. From the photos I have seen they all carry the art of a true artist, they evoke emotions and are an inspiration to many other photographers. Your work is outstanding and leaves thoughts and emotions on the person watching them. From your work, I can say that it was all done with your soul. A true artist who loves what he does and does it with passion!!
Thank you for sharing your work, and keep doing what you love best with passion!”
He is extremely committed

“I have recently requested Steeven to edit few of my photos and I need to admit that the final result was beyond my expectations. He is extremely committed and is able to deliver quality results in a limited period of time. After all these years chasing the right graphic designer, I am now fully convinced that Steeven has the right skills and dedication to deliver the level of creativity and quality I am looking for. I personally believe that Steeven has the qualities and the drive to achieve great things in his career”

LinkedIn | aislave.xyzIf I could create real life masterpieces, I probably wouldn’t be making AI art.
I dare to call myself an AI artist, not just because I’ve become proficient in the craft, but because I’ve seen enough so-called “real artists” pass off random brushstrokes or blobs of color as artistic creations. If someone can convince the world that “red stains on a white background” are meaningful art, then surely AI art has a place in the conversation too.
But then, there are artists out there whose talent is undeniable. Their work leaves even people like me, who is not easily impressed, in awe. These are the creators who pour 100–300 hours into a single piece, crafting something so extraordinary that it humbles anyone daring to call themselves an artist.
One such artist is Steeven Shaw, a fellow Mauritian whose charcoal creations are beyond my comprehension. His work doesn’t just reflect talent and skill, it’s a testament to patience, passion, and unparalleled dedication.
Sadly, living on a small island like Mauritius often means that incredible talent like Steeven’s doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. His art, as breathtaking as it is, risks being hidden away instead of being celebrated on the global stage where it belongs.
If you know anyone who values and supports raw, undeniable talent, please connect them with Steeven Shaw. His work deserves to be seen, admired, and celebrated far beyond the borders of our island. He’s ready and looking to bring his talent elsewhere.
And as for me? I’ll keep exploring AI art, knowing full well that if I could do what Steeven does, I wouldn’t be generating images with algorithms.
